Wildly human at work
They told us it wouldn’t be profitable to build a leadership development company for Gen Z.
Good thing we’re not in it for the money.
We’re in it for the humans.
Our Story
It all started with one thought: The whole person shows up to work, so why do we make them compartmentalize their life? Your 20's are hard, and you're learning most of your hardest lessons for the first time. Falling in (and, more often, out) of love. Weird roommates. Bosses who aren't yet, themselves, stellar leaders. A co-worker twice your age becoming your arch-nemesis; you might find that you totally disagree on politics, religion, education, or...all of the above.
At work or at home, we believe that you have an irreplaceable part to play in your community. PAX is here to help you wrestle with integrating your personal and professional life all while becoming a world-changing leader.

PAX Professionals
PAX put together a world-class team of speakers, consultants, and corporate trainers to ensure that you receive the best formation for your leadership development. Many of our professionals are also professional emcees, hosts, and speakers. Their areas of expertise are listed on their booking pages.

Our Philosophy
It started with a simple idea: the whole human shows up to work, so why do we act like they’re just there for a paycheck? At PAX, we’re a leadership development company for 20-somethings, but we’re not your typical "program."
Most leadership development efforts focus only on the top of the formation pyramid:
PAX FORMATION PYRAMID
PROFESSIONAL

INTELLECTUAL
SPIRITUAL
HUMAN
They neglect the foundation, which is what makes true growth possible. At PAX, we believe professional formation is built on the bedrock of humanity. Without acknowledging and nurturing this foundational layer, everything else collapses. Human formation precedes spiritual, intellectual, and professional formation. It has to.
Young leaders today, particularly Gen Z, are the product of formative years shaped by global pandemics, economic instability, and a world of "unprecedented times." This generation has often been misunderstood—dismissed as lacking work ethic or social skills—but they’re asking for something profoundly important: an approach to leadership that integrates every level of the human person.

At PAX, we believe in forming leaders who are free and responsible. Free not just from outdated rules or rigid structures, but free for goodness, virtue, character, and genuine connection. Humans are most alive and fulfilled when they live in alignment with their nature—built for morality, meaning, and community. True freedom comes from integrating our highest ideals into our personal and professional lives.
We also embrace a deep truth: humans are communal. We’re not meant to live in isolation, and our greatest adventure lies in embracing our interdependence. Work is where most of us spend the majority of our waking hours, and those hours should be spent in environments that foster belonging, trust, and acceptance.
For PAX to succeed, we had to bring humanity back into the workplace. That means being unafraid to explore the “things unseen”—love, forgiveness, hope, and reconciliation. These are the qualities that make us human, and they are just as essential in the office as they are in the rest of life. At PAX, we honor the whole person, believing that by restoring humanity to the workplace, we unlock the potential for extraordinary leadership and thriving teams.
